This includes production frameworks, editing workflows, and creative assets developed by us during the provision of services, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

Service Provision, Timelines & Payment

Our production services are provided based on a pre-agreed scope of work, timeline, and payment schedule outlined in a formal proposal or contract. Timelines can fluctuate based on scheduling, approvals, and revision rounds. Failure to make timely payments may result in an immediate pause and suspension of services.

Third-Party Services & Platforms

In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, or applications ("Third-Party Services"), such as cloud storage platforms, publishing platforms, or communication tools.

If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:

• Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk. We do not control platform-level policy changes or account restrictions.
• You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by third-party platform disruptions or policy actions.

Accounts & Client Responsibilities

Where use of any part of our Services requires access to your accounts (e.g., social media profiles or file-sharing systems), you agree to provide us with timely, secure, and accurate access. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the base security of your own accounts. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your accounts.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Changes

Digital Blue Productions, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after the new terms become effective will be subject to the new terms.
